Quiet Serenity, (alternately titled In Calm Waters) is a scenic lake carving by Canadian Artist Jen Lipski which features a family of loons on calm waters. This was the first in a series of wood artworks completed during her original art retreat in Buckhorn Ontario in October of 2021. The artwork's title refers not just to the subject matter but to her experience of creating it. The artwork is burned and carved by hand into raw cedar boards and is finished for indoor display
