Refund policy
Returns
I make all of my craft and fine art items by hand and I sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase! If you are unhappy with your order you may return the item to me unused within 30 days of purchase and I will exchange or replace the item, or refund your purchase price (minus the cost of shipping/processing fees which are not refundable). Please note that custom orders and personalized items are Final Sale and cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.
If your item does not arrive in the condition you expect or you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact me before returning it to see if we can fix the problem.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise specified. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item. Some products, including earrings, are subject to a restocking fee (costs for replacing portions that cannot be resold).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us for further instructions.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that there is a small processing fee which is not refundable on any order. Please contact us for further information
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Canceled Orders (if applicable)
Custom orders are not eligible for cancelation once production has begun. If you place an order by accident or need to change your order, please contact us directly by email as soon as possible to inquire about the status of your order. If we have not yet begun production or personalization your order may be eligible for cancellation, with a partial refund (up to 95% of the order value). Please note that there is a small processing fee charged by our website provider which is not refundable, we are only able to refund our portion of the sale in the case of canceled orders
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Some items may include tooling marks (such as scuffs or scratches) which are a natural part of the forging process and do not qualify as damage to the item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jenlipski.art@gmail.com for further instructions and return your damaged item to: 42438 Hwy 3, Wainfleet ON L0S 1V0, Canada.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
