Simplified Blacksmithing Experience for Beginners (Forged Souvenir Workshop)

Try out the ancient art of blacksmithing for the first time with this simple and hands-on forging workshop! Create your own custom iron souvenir to take home with help from local Artist-Blacksmith Jen Lipski

In this short introductory course you will choose your project from the samples provided and learn how to hammer it out from start to finish. This workshop will take approximately 1 hour to complete and afterwards you get to take your new piece of ironwork home with you! (Please note that the duration of the class may vary depending on the number of participants and the details of your project)

This is a beginner's workshop, so no prior experience is necessary. This class is a simplified version of our regular workshops, and is suitable for most ages and abilities! In this class you will receive help directly from the Artist to complete your project, so if you are hort on time or not sure if you are ready to take on a full workshop this class is the perfect place to start! (Please note that you are not required to take this class before registering for any of our other beginners level workshops)

This class is perfect for tourists visiting the Niagara area, as it can be privately scheduled at your convenience and does not require a larger group. Drop-in: NEW - unlike our other classes, this workshop is now available for private drop-in bookings! Visitors can now arrange a private workshop date for this class even if you aren't with a larger group. Please contact us directly to arrange the time and date for your blacksmithing experience!

This workshop can also be booked for private group parties. Private group bookings can be scheduled for any day of the week when we have the time available! (Please note that this experience is typically designed for groups of 5 or less, however it can be altered to suit larger groups. Please contact us if you are registering for a larger group to discuss the details)
